Richard Card talked to us about interpreting Thermal Imaging Scans and doing energy evaluations. He also teaches Home Energy Efficiency at Kennewick Community Education.
Robert L. Pritchett, President of the Alternative Energy User Group, spoke at the Richland Rotary on April 14, 2009 about our organization and what we have done the last 2 years.
He gave a presentation in Salt Lake City, UT for the Division of Nuclear Chemistry and Technology American Chemical Society Conference
March 22-26, 2009. We uploaded it as a Google video, April 2, 2009 for those who could not see the presentation in the meeting (the projector didn't cooperate).
He recently recieved an "Inventor Booster" grant from the New Energy Movement, based in Portland, OR.
In March 1989, Roger Stringham of First Gate Energies, in Hawaii, USA pioneered the method of using acoustic cavitation to produce the cold fusion effect. Acoustic cavitation uses ultrasonic waves to create gas bubbles within the heavy water. Stringham was the first to use the term "sonofusion" to describe how this phenomenon creates energy in cold fusion experiments.
The key differences with the cold fusion method, sonofusion, is that the effect is directly related to an as-yet-unknown interaction between heavy water and a host metal, such as palladium. The hot fusion method does not employ a host metal. The other key distinction between the cold fusion and hot fusion method is that the cold fusion method produces no deadly neutron radiation, as occurs in hot fusion."
Piezoelectric effect amplifies vibration to create heat. 2cc's of heavy water could heat a home for a year.
Gary Hall of H2O Hybrid Pro presented the Dry Cell Hydroxy system for improving mileage in vehicles and in reducing exhaust emissions. We did the dynamometer test in Spokane Friday, Feb. 27, 2009.
First, we'd like to thank the Oasis School for graciously allowing us to have our meetings this past year at their school in Richland.
We have been given permission by way of Curt Freed at Columbia Basin College, to have our meetings in Room 242 of the Columbia Basin College Health Science Center, one block north of the Oasis School in Richland, WA
The rooms at the new Health Science Center have excellent presentation resources! There is plenty of room and parking space too.
The presentation was done by Robert L. Pritchett, President of the Alternative Energy User Group:
Sean Totten, Instructor in Automotive Technology at Columbia Basin Community College, discussed "Understanding Electronic Fuel Injection". He did an excellent job discussing all the Internal Combustion Sensors used that make hydrogen injectin extremely challenging. It can be done, however - and succesfully.
We attended the debut of the video on December 2 at the Battelle Auditorium and gave a table presentation for attendees for the 3-Rivers Synergy Center, the Alternative Energy User Group and the Pure Energy Systems Network. We learned of 3 more Clean Tech companies in WA state we didn't know about previously. Many of our members attended in force.
The producer is looking for sponsors to distribute the film in January. It is "NOVA" quality.
Instead of having a meeting at Oasis School, we postponed our own meeting until January 7, 2009 and instead participated with a table, December 2, 5 PM, at the showing of the film, Evergreen: The Washington Clean Technology Story at the Battelle Auditorium.

"Evergreen" is a compelling, educational and entertaining film, the cornerstone of a year-long marketing strategy to cement Washington as the state that will lead the clean tech revolution. It features a number of Tri-City area companies as well as several PNNL technologies/capabilities. The producer, Hal Calbom, former KING-5 news anchor, has offered a special showing of the film in the Tri-Cities on Dec. 2nd around 5:00 PM at the Battelle Auditorium.
Michael Spitzauer, CEO of Green Power, Inc and his development team spoke about how his company in Pasco, WA turns municipal waste and other materials into real petroleum (NOT biofuel) in a matter of minutes and not millions of years!
He also discussed a graph on the relationship between energy availability, work vs. war, energy gathered vs. energy skimmed.
Another graph on skimming showed how our work as energy invested has decreased over time through the loss of value of money by tax increases, prices rises and money value drops.
The solution to these issues is to get back to an energy-based economy, instead of a money-based economy. "Money-value based on energy investment will stabilize any economy on an energy standard that is fully governed."
He also discussed the calories necessary to be able to sustain life and the caloric threshold below which we cannot go, if we want to remain healthy.
"Money has no intrinsic value until it restores energy spent on work."
Note: Bernie Vinther has a giant capacitor for sale. $100 or best offer. 509-596-8060. 2 microfarads, 52Kvolts DC, 2704 Joules. 40 KV high voltage probe and X-Ray transformer included. 12.25 x 44 inches. Center Electrode insulator 8.25 inches, weighs 250 pounds. It does have lifting brackets. The X-Ray transformer rates at 230 VAC, with 60KVDC output. 14x18 inches, weighs 100 pounds. The probe is analog. gadgetman101 at verizon dot net.
He would like to restore his "energy spent on work" by having somebody drop by his place and haul this equipment off his property for a fee.
We watched the Moray King presentation from the Tesla Conference on Hydroxy Generators and Zero Point Energy. Discussions lasted until 10:30 PM.
We have a full DVD set of the ExtraOrdinary Technology Conference 2008. We also now have all the ''ExtraOrdinary Technology'' magazines from 2005 to the present. We presented at the Sustainable Living Fair in Walla Walla Sept 19-20 with Pure Energy Systems Network and H2O Hybrid Pro at our booth.
We held the 3rd Alternative Energy Expo planning meeting. We also discussed Bernie Vinther's Stream generator that he uses on his vehicles to get around 50 MPG. Marshall Almarode also showed his Hydroxy system and planned on reporting on possibly getting over 100 MPG in his hybrid car in the near future.
Gerald D. Hamilton of "Gerald D. Hamilton Distributing" in Kennewick, demoed his friction free lubricants for engines and fuel treatment from Maryn International. My personal experience has been historically around 10 miles per gallon improvement.
Bernie Vinther from "Basic Machining & Electronics" in Kennewick, gave a presentation on his Magnetic Chopper Motor. He wrote;
"Perhaps people who are going to attend could be encouraged to look up things about "Eddy Currents" on the Internet before they come. My presentation will include a demonstration of Eddy Currents, what they do, and how to reduce the problems they cause. If my Magnetic Chopper Motor doesn't work, it will be due to Eddy Current problems.
It resembles a 2 cylinder flat stroke engine. It has 2 gears, 2 flywheels, 2 cylinder heads, 2 pistons, 1 crankshaft, 1 axle, 8 sets of ball bearings, but no valves or cylinder walls, and it all runs off of Neodymium magnets. And there's always the unfortunate possibility that it won't run. Eddy Currents might kill it. If it does run, OPEC might kill me."
Aaron Allen, discussed how he has been able to extract thorium and uranium from radioactive waste for recycling, so the leftover material can be treated properly in "From Trash to Ash to Cash" over at Areva in north Richland.
Robert Pritchett will also brought the "Hindenburg II" vehicle with the hydrogen electrolizer unit from H2O Hybrid Pro that has boosted mileage by a factor of 2 in the Ford E350 Cargo Van.
Scott Johnson, President of Gen-X Energies came and spoke to us at our April meeting on how his company produces clear biodiesel from animal tallow they get from Tyson Foods in Wallula for processing in their biodiesel plant in Burbank, WA. His Presentation - (5.8 MB PDF).
Warren Wittekind also spoke to us about the Orion Project he is involved with. They are attempting to raise $3 million by the end of May to promote development of Hydroxy Gas Energy Systems and Thermal Exchange Motors.
